There are several ways to request in game support.

Locate a GM:

GM's may be located throughout the game world at different times. In the near future you will be able to recognize them by their distinct character look. For now the main GM is called Master and you may approach him with any problems you are having in the game.

Request help on the forums:

You may access the forums at anytime once you have an active account on them. There is a bugs section and a general section. If you are seeking help with a bug please post it in the bugs forum, otherwise post your question under the general section. Someone will get back to you as quickly as they can.
